Unsung Stories is something that’s very near and dear to me. An idea that comes from the heart.
This is personal.
I was brought up in a very blue collar family so paying tribute to those hard-working Canadians whom any company can’t do without, is something that comes naturally to me.
Call it what you want, these are tributes to those a little further down the ladder. The ones who toil in relative anonymity. Usually with great humility.
Each video will focus on one deserving employee.
Unsung Stories will do three things for a company:
1) Internally, it raises overall morale.
2) It’ll do wonders for recruiting.
3) It’ll make the day or even year of the person the video is focused on.
